Art and about

If you caught the art installation by artist Jim Deneven, sponsored by The Laguna Art Museum, I'm sure you were like me, and thrilled by the wonder of the event. It was a brilliant concept, and as cool as it was to see the geometric sand drawings during the daytime, it really came alive as dusk set in, and the little solar lights popped on, twinkling in the twilight. It was a moving experience, and if you listened to passers by, you could hear many of them saying so.

And well, if you have to pay the price of admission, you might as well take a walk through the exhibits, Adam Silverman: Clay and Space, along with ex*pose: richard kraft, both through January 19th, and both got great reviews by friends.

Admission for non-members is $7

Thursday hours are: 11am - 9pm
